I don’t have internet connection at home since yesterday and had to sign into WordPress with my phone and post from there for the first time in 8 years, just so I don’t miss my daily post going on since May. Be well and send some good net vibes. Phone sucks.
ADD-IT: It’s back. Your good vibes helped. The photo above taken by Crystal (with thanks!) in September while driving over the Vršič Pass in the Julian Alps, Slovenia.

I feel you pain…. yuck… sending positive vibes…

It worked and it’s back! 🙂 Thank you, Dy. I felt rather cut off.

It’s terrible! Luckily we’re back online. A big wind outside right now… Let’s hope it will work now. Thanks, Bushboy.

Thursday Doors Mania, I like that. I hope you get back online, but it’s always good to see you and Fonzi.

Thank you, Dan. All good today and my doors are posted. Luckily I had my blogging memories already prepared for my yesterday’s post, including Fonzi, or I’d need hours to do that with my phone.

I wish you ‘net’ again. I admire your consistency in putting up a post regularly, net or not. The post on ‘Thursday doors’ with your parents, I remember seeing it and liking it. Enjoyed the walk down memory lane and that 50 Euro note😉

Thank you, Smitha! Net or not! And how funny that you remember this Thursday Doors post with the 50 Euro. 😀 Thank you again for looking at old posts. I post daily since May, ever since I started with this blogging memories with posts from the same day. I can’t believe that I have yet to find a day on which I posted nothing in my 8 years of blogging!!

I added a paragraph today. They are the Julian Alps in Slovenia as seen from the Vršič Pass and its 50 turns. A great road to take. Thanks, Sue!

Ah, I used to love driving on such roads…in the third image in this post, here I am driving on the Stelvio pass https://suejudd.com/2016/09/14/transport/

Wow! That is a seriously cool road. I’ve heard of it but was never even near.

Beautiful background. But the internet…hope it’s feeling better today. Mine continually tells me it’s unstable, but usually doesn’t disappear for long.

Thank you, K. Today the connection is okay if a bit slow. We have quite a stormy wind, I hope we stay on.

I’ve never tried posting with my phone – the tablet is hard enough! I hope you get back online soon. It’s amazing how we’ve come to rely on being always connected!

Right, Sarah, I felt as if I had limbs missing yesterday. All good today if a bit slow. Thank you!

Sending…tons.
And I see protests in Ljubljana as of yesterday.

Uhh, yes, ugly things are happening there. I find it so hard to understand. The people I know are split into two groups. Some protest on Wednesdays, the others on Fridays. Our net is back though, phew! Thanks, Bojana!

I don’t get it either. People have gone crazy.

Vibes!! (Sent!)
I don’t post with my phone either. It keeps talking about ”local editing” and the edits just stay unpublished. I don’t get what the point is, why would they design it like that?! So yeah it sucks

Hm, I didn’t notice any local editing… But I didn’t play around much with it at all. I hate its small screen and small keys!! Thank you, SMSW, all good today.

Local edits happen (for me) if I notice a typo after publishing and just want to correct it (which happens every time, no matter how many times I proofread!). The edits are actually not published even after I publish them, they just stay on my phone and an orange text alerts me that I did some local editing (on my phone). Why would I edit it just for myself?! It’s so weird.

Well done you! I’ve never had to post from my phone but did once look at it out of curiosity. I was not encouraged!

My phone serves as a hot spot assuming I have phone coverage, Manja, which we don’t out here in the boondocks where we live. We rely on satellite service and are about to upgrade to Starlink. Given that it’s about 10x as fast, I’m excited. Cute photo of Bestia! –Curt

Thank you, Curt. Italian providers are in a league of their own. We are still trying to figure out what kind of bribe would work.

Can’t say the US is all that good, Manja. 🙂 I think that there are third world countries that do better. Improving the system is a major priority of the Biden Admin. We’ll see.

SO funny that I looked at the photo and thought I recognized it, but looked at the date and realized I was wrong. 6-10-21 means you posted in June, right? ha ha ha. I kept looking at the photo thinking “I SWEAR that is exactly what you wore the day we were there, but that was in September.” Then finally my slow brain remembered that the date is written differently.

Hihi. But it says in the text that you took the photo! 😀 But yes, I know, you state the month first. Thank you for this photo, Crystal. I love this spot. And I only posted it because I was without connection and had to choose a photo from my phone in sent or received mail! Now I make sure to prepare the posts a few days in advance.
