Today an erasure poem about the state of the world.
If I hear disorder, there can be only one: the song from the Judgment Night soundtrack, the five minutes from which I used to get my power and explain to everybody about its three accelerating speeds. Only much later I learned that Ice-T and Slayer based it on three old songs by The Exploited. No wonder that I could feel three levels.
I took the lyrics and erased the swear words, basically. I got the idea from Sunra Nina but I didn’t try to reach her artistic level. The poem is repeated below the photo.
In other news, not everything is in disorder. Luka & Co. won again… ♫♪

Disorder Our government is sure to bring us down. The media incites civil unrest. Hatred can bring you down. I don't want your war. WE DON'T NEED YOUR WAR! Military beasts spill your blood. Injustice drives you crazy. In this generation hatred is the name. Magic should make you cry. The answer to the question is we ain't gonna die. Police can make a mess. Don't patronise my will. Just bullet holes and broken bones. Chaos, chaos, chaos, chaos. Disorder.

This day in my blogging history
Dear Manja, that is an incredible erasure poem! You’re so sweet giving me a shout out, thank you ❤ I love that you used the lyrics from Ice T and Slayer!!
Love that photo of you and Bestia reflected in the door with that orange sunlight. And the header image with the ants in the egg is sensational – it reminds me of a Dali painting. I wish I could remember which one. But it's absolutely one of my favourite photos of yours.

Hihh, I’m glad that you support this post and the choice of lyrics, Sunra Nina. 😀 Did I tell you about the time when I was on the tour bus with Ice-T and Body Count? Now that’s some telling – but not what one may think. They gave us a ride. Hhaha!! I’m truly happy that you like it, and the photo too. Thank you!

Ha ha! No, you didn’t mention that before, I would have remembered. How did that come about?! How chivalrous of them! Though perhaps they had secret designs on you and your friend 🧐
You’re most welcome ☀️

Not so secret, the designs, that’s why we fled when we reached their hotel. Hahah. Ice-T was asking everybody on the bus about a cheat for the Jurassic Park III. video game that he was playing.

Yes, that about sums it up.
I love the 2020 doorfie photo. And I was just wondering how many door photos you might have by now…thousands, evidently. That’s OK–I have hundreds already, though I’ve only posted a few of them. But I’m always on the lookout. (K)

Is there anything you cannot do? I think not. You’re so artistic.
Your saying about having a camera to learn to see without a camera is endearing. How very clever.
And the poem— good teacher and role model you have in Sunra. She’s amazing with erasure poetry. She has the art down pact. Yours is incredible. Bet she will agree. I love the form. Clever and novel as always. Thanks for sharing. I bless you. XoXo

Ahh, how sweet you are, Selma! I love Sunra Nina, her artistic energy and skills. And I agree, she is the queen of erasures. I’m glad you find my poem effective. But I promise, there are soooo many things I cannot do. I cannot even draw a dog. Thank you so so much!

Oh Selma, I’ve just seen your lovely comment! 💖 I’m a questionable role model but I appreciate you giving me the benefit of the doubt 😂 Thank you for your ever-positive emanations ☀️☀️

Thank you, Manja, for your lovely comment! 💖 Your creativity is an immense source of inspiration for me too, you know (though I have fallen behind with your life again!). And I didn’t set out to be “queen of erasures” 😂 But I’ll take it!

Really glad to hear this, Not Pam. I’ve known this song for so long and wasn’t sure if it would make sense to others too if I cut it a little.
