Our stroll around the little but picturesque town Sant’Angelo in the Province of Viterbo moves into its second half with this post where we again meet some familiar faces, tails and tales.
For a town which I imagined would end around post 2, Sant’Angelo kept spreading in a fully unpredictable manner. Even us grown-ups, that is uncle, bestia and I, were kept entertained. The only thing missing was a choice of bars, restaurants and the like. Clearly now, at the end of September, the season was over.
Today we reach the church where we meet two faces on adjacent walls that couldn’t go together any better. They were done by Vera Bugatti and dedicated to her two daughters. I already posted their photo three days ago in my Lens-Artists street art post since they are indeed among the best pieces I ever encountered.
From that wolf-threatened couple we move to another trio with wolf trouble, pass the cheerful Tick Tock Croc and his gang, and end up next to the dreamy green-blue house that I would choose for myself. Welcome to stroll along and you will see.

A lot of outstanding work there. I Have one piece by Vera Bugatti that she did in London a few years ago. That cat looks really anti-social!

Thank you, TAB. Looks deceive. 😀 She was the sweetest cat and even bestia wasn’t afraid of her.

You are right, I. J. I should make it clear that the full name of this town is Sant’Angelo di Roccalvecce. I’ll mention it next time. Two more posts will happen. Thank you!

How wonderful. Do you live there, or you’re just staying there for a while? I must have missed that.

Ahh, no no, I was thinking metaphorically, since you said that you’ve been having fun with my uncle and me. 🙂 We were only there for a few hours one month ago.

LOL! Well it was a great few hours, for sure. It’s given you enough material for weeks of posts! And they haven’t been short posts either. What fun! These may be some of the best murals I’ve seen.
